Shipping Policy 

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the Isle of Lewis, Scotland. Each piece is handmade, and I take great care to ensure your pottery arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or shop updates, processing times may be slightly longer, as some things may still be in the making process. 

Custom pieces will take 2-4 weeks to complete, and can take longer if it is a larger item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
I currently ship within the UK (and internationally, if applicable—let me know if you’d like this added).

Delivery times vary by destination and weather conditions, especially for island shipping routes.

Packaging

All pottery is wrapped securely using sustainable or recycled packaging materials whenever possible to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’d like to collect your order on the Isle of Lewis, please select Local Pickup at checkout. I’ll be in touch to arrange a time.
